Below is answers to frequent questions we get asked in relation to our services we provide, however if any of your questions you may have isn't answered below please feel free to contact us, we are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
Were can you valet/detail my vehicle?
Auto Reflections can come to your home or even your workplace; we are a mobile service so this means we come to you.
Do I need to supply water and electric?
We carry 250litres of water within our van this means we have more than enough water to carry out a extensive valet/detail on your vehicle, however we do carry a 25 metre extension cable so need access to a power point, main reason of requiring a power supply is due to noise pollution with generators etc.
How much notice do I need to give when booking my car in for a valet/detail?
We advise you give us 24 hour notice to book your car in for one of our services, sometimes we are able to give you a next day booking however if or workload is high we try and book your vehicle in as and when is suitable for you.
How long will my valet/detail take to complete?
Putting a time scale on some valets/details is hard however our valeting packages can range from 1-2hours to 6-8hours, however our detailing packages can range from a 1 day package up to 3-4 days dependent on what service you require.
What about if the weather is bad, raining, sub zero temperatures etc?
Sadly if the weather is against us the only option is we have to rebook, for example rain or in the winter sub zero temperatures, we have done research into gazebo type cover however due to a safety aspect (high winds etc) we feel there is a high risk of a accident occurring.
Are you fully insured to work on my vehicle?
The simple answer is yes; we are fully insured to work on your vehicle.
How can I pay for your service?
We accept cash and cheque as a form of payment.
Can you valet commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, and motor homes etc)?
Yes… we have had experience is valeting trucks and commercial vehicles for a high-end commercial dealer ranging from new and used vehicles to show vehicle preparation. We also offer a valeting service to buses, motor homes as well as caravans. We also valet anything up to 40ft Curtainsider trailers too. What is clay bar treatment?
Clay bar treatment is used to remove bonded contaminants from your vehicles paintwork, such as tree sap etc; this leaves a perfect smooth as glass finish ready for polishing stages.
